Cafes with good coffee around Sydney?

My fave is Goblin in Summer Hill. They use Pablo & Rusty's beans which I really like.

Campos is ok, but definitely a lot of better beans around...

Was a chef for 5 years so I used to drink at least 5-6 cups a day. Since I left the industry I've cut back completely and will only drink it when out at a nice cafe.

Over the years I mucked around with the baristas and would make coffees here and there. I wasn't very good though (stick to the cooking :P)

My gf makes instant moccona every morning and it smells/Tastes horrible! I don't know how she drinks it haha
