We ordered 2 bottles of 2011 Rockford Basket Press shiraz (McLaren Vale) for dinner with Japanese waygu last week. First time I've tried a Basket Press. Was quite different and left a nice burning sensation for a few seconds on the palate after each sip (similar to having a shot of VSOP).
