Need Advice on a Digital Camera

hello all you photography freaks! i know there's plenty of you in here
i just need some advice on choosing a camera between the two in this comparo link: http://www.dpreview.com/reviews/comp...cw100&show=all

thanks felix for giving me prior advice, but i'd like to know more, and you had to run...

can you please tell me which one is better, why, and a brief explanation of what that feature is for me? i don't know the intimate details about cameras and the lingo...

its really only for point and shoot but i want to choose the right one, and yes i would get a Canon too but i get one of these sony cameras from work for free! thanks!

I bought the sony t10 for my recent holiday to thailand and it came out with some really good night and day shots...Here are a few to help you decide on it

I really rated it, fast start up, good action and landscape shots etc...

      Enjoy

If you take night shots I'd recommend those tiny tripods with those flexi legs.
That way you don't get camera shake like above.

Yeah just don't use a heavy camera with an empty bottle

if you're talking about the bottle top one, there's this place in cabramatta on John Street that have them on display at the window.. no idea how much they charge and stuff for it though.

I am just new to this so correct me if i am wrong. I belive the DSC-W100 has a larger sensor an therefore less likerly to get "noise" in your pictures it also has more mega pixel but wont make alot of differance. Another plus for it is that it has a higer ISO rating and will reduce blur in darker situations.
