Either I don't see the point or I think that the site is as timewasting as the creator. Sure, no information gets forwarded to the authorities and there is no central point of governance. And there sure isn't a proof attach. What more of a purpose does it serve other than a national whining club?

Unless you're carrying a motion camera and has captured the details, it's pretty much a pointless rant site. Then again, here comes the breach of privacy litigations if the site operators/users who login and wrote crap, really took the piss on someone with relevant powers to act in response.
