I just got back from Singapore / Malaysia where I caught up with the Works Engineering guys and saw the drift Nissan, but on closer inspection...

I couldn't get the images to work, so please click through to the FB page. In short, it looks like the Nissan has a good ol' turbo VTEC!

Don't ask me for specs as the workshop guy wasn't there yet, so didn't get to speak with him.

That's because it is.

I don't know the Nissan engines and I couldn't find anyone one in the workshop who could verify it or tell me what had been done to the car.

The guys do some crazy things there so I wouldn't be entirely surprised. They've drag utes (Isuzu type utes) that run run the quarter mile 8+ sec.

Oh well...the surprise was fun while it lasted!
