Hes getting a shipping container from japan (im guessing) and takigng order from people on what parts they want? He tell's them the price if they are happy he will put in shipping and bring it back ?

Possibly I don't know have to ask him.

I wouldn't ask for upfront payment, Selling Honda parts from my experience is easy as! If the person backs out then someone else will always want.
