    Shipping from Sydney to Melbourne

Buying a car in Sydney and need to get it to Rowville

I will be flying up to inspect and test drive the drive

Just would like to know if it will be cheaper to buy a return ticket and ship the car back to Melbourne or just drive it back? Also anybody know if I would have any trouble registering the car with vic roads and cost.

    Any information would be great
    Thanks

I reckon just drive it back. It'll take all day though.

I drove down to Melbourne once day, picked up car parts, talked cars and drove back to Sydney. Got there and back in 23.5 hours. FML

Drive back for sure, as long as your not sitting on redline the entire trip it will be much cheaper.

                Congrats on the purchase.

I remember when I bought my car from Brisbane,QLD. Drove it a solid 23 hours all the way back to Melbourne.

                  Farrout alex you're possessed mate!

I'd say do the drive. The flights aren't that worth it IMO. Once you factor in getting around etc it'll all add up.

Same here, I reckon drive it back home. You will save bit of money and also will get to know the car along the way.

Yeah man I will def bring to the meet!
I'm just trying to think what I should do to the car next, I'm thinking along the lines of 2.5" instead of the 2.25" and then a tuneable ecu (not Crome!) any suggestions?

Is the car stock ? If it is. I believe you are thinking about exhaust pipe size too. Well depends where you want to go with the car later in the future.

Na car has a b18c7 custom mild steel exhaust 2.25", aftermarket extractors standard b18c7 ecu. That's about it performance wise
Planning on just having fairly modded just maybe mild head work
Would like to see about 140kw
