No it's for the people who have paid.
It's not guaranteed you get a sticker if your name is on the list and you have not paid.

Just wondering where everyone put their stickers?
i think most have put them on the rear quarter window..

i was thinkin on the REAR window at the bottom, just above the DOHC VTEC LSD sticker.. wat do ppl think?

Yeah most people have put it on the rear 1/4 window.
I reckon replace the DOHC VTEC LSD on the back
