Had been searching the site for a day or two, and decided to join up, and was suggested by Tinkerbell to do an Intro thread. So here we go..
Im Chris, nickname of Hydie... Finished school last year and am 18 years old.. Currently doing a Real Estate/Property Valuers traineeship.
I bought my DC5R about a month ago from my best mate. I think even when he had it i loved it more then him, and then he decided a house was better, so i wasn't going to miss a chance of a bargain, plus, i needed a new car anyway!
Its a December 02 built Australian delivered Type R.
Specs:
* K20A
* 18" Ozzy Racing volknova black with chrome outter lip
* Injen intake
* Exhaust
* Slight lowering
* Stock OEM Lip kit
* Custom red and black leather retrimed Recaro's and door skins
* Pionner heaunit with Ipod control
* 73xxx km's
* Tinted Windows
Upgrading from a Subaru Liberty 1998 model. The difference is incredible.
As for the planned mod's, for now all i will be doing is a sound system. I cannot stand cruising without one. Have got everything just need to the time to install it. Then when I have gained some more money, planning on doing all major handling mods.
Currently living in northern NSW so unfortunately won't be able to make it to any meets etc.
Anyway, enough talk, here's some pics..
