Hi ClubITR,
I've posted on here a few times.
Most famously known as the thread starter of Technical Thread "Spring preload?".
My name is Jacky. Stuck between the northern beaches and north shore.
I'm in possession of a 2005 Civic Type R. I bought it in 2013 from Road and Track. I am the first Australian owner.
Here it is in 2013.
Here it is now.
Through the years, it's gone through modifications, track days, police brutality and daily driving.
So far EP3 has been great and I'm sure it'll will continue being so.
During this time, I've also owned a 98 Mazda MX5.
Absolute joy to drive all day, every day.
I'm afraid I'd say this was more enjoyable to drive than the EP3R.
But I let it go.
My brother's name is Kenny, and on this forum, kenny.
I'll be posting on his behalf.
His first car was my MX5. I bought it, he drove it.
The next/current car is a facelifted EK4, which replaced the MX5. It was a beater more than anything.
We undid its' wrap to reveal nasty bogged up paint in which we made it nastier by rattle canning it satin black.
But today marks the day we/he become ITR owners.
Car is actually his, but I'll just say I'm a partial owner.
Typing up a build thread for the EP3R.
With some encouragement, Kenny will get his going too.
