    A New Brissie VTEC'er!!!!

OK introductory thread here we go....

    Hey all Dez here!

Lemme start with a short blurb on how I got here and wtf i'm doing here.

A good friend of mine has had a nice red DC2 for years and my family have always had Honda's, I was looking to grab a new car in November and ended up at a Honda dealer, who had a awsome looking Blue 2004 Type S with 28,000 on the clock for sale. Only took one test drive for me to sign the papers and now my baby is in my driveway

I've never felt like this for an inanimate object before haha, every day I've woken up not being able to wait to drive it again. It's just so much fun!

I did some searching around the net for other ppl that love this car and found out there are a LOT of them! I ended up at ClubRSX and since i'm an aussie (Brisbane) I naturally ended up at ClubITR.

I don't really know anyone else that has one (although I've seen 2 around my area so far), although I'm stock at the moment i'm looking to mod over the next year or 2.

Ummm I'm 22, just finished uni, but now i work at a uni and that's all i can think of.

    Thanks for having me,

    Dez

    **EDIT**

OK here are the pics I took today. MUCH fun was had in the wet :P

    welcome dez
Nobody knows who I really am, I never felt this empty before, And if I ever need someone to come along, Who's gonna comfort me, and keep me strong? We are all rowing the boat of fate, The waves keep on coming and we can't escape, But if we ever get lost on our way, The waves would guide you through another day

welcome! which area are you in? there's probably about 15-20 of us in brisbane from ClubITR. really only about 6-7 are active members but, but the others often come our for cruises and major events.

My first step is an AEM V2 (right after I choose my new insurance agent )

Eventually it will be the usual i/h/e/hondata.. just as the money comes along. Nothing too crazy (as it's now become my primary car).

I don't know very many ppl in the car modding business near me so it's sort of new water.

At the moment i get so much thrill out of driving it (i've come from a 2000 statesman lol) that i can't even imagine it any faster

I suppose I'll make my mod plans more official after i get passed the initial phase of sitting randomly in my car and just laughing at how happy i am
I did a bad bad thing.....
