    Introduction - No Honda..YET

    Hello CITR members names Phillip,

    Currently own (until wednesday the 7th) a 1992 N14 SSS Aus Spec.
    Has been my pride and joy for a year and half but it will be gone to the new owner in QLD soon making way for either a DC2R or a DC5R.

    Pics and Specs:
    Engine:
    SR20DE
    126xxx kms
    Nistune Daughterboard installed
    Fidanza lightweight 3.9kg flywheel (done 2200kms ago)
    Exedy Heavy Duty clutch (done 2200kms ago)
    2 1/4" mandrel bent full exhaust system. Headers, mid, catback all done
    K&N Pod Filter
    Top Gun 8.8mm leads

    Tuned @ 102kw ATW

    Suspension/Wheels/Brakes:
    Monroe shocks
    King Springs
    Whiteline Front Strut Brace
    Whiteline Rear Sway Bar
    Racing Sport Halo's 17x7 with brand new tyres
    Red lightweight wheel nuts from Shift Performance
    DBA Slotted front rotors
    Front Braided Lines

    Interior/Sound:
    White LED cluster globes
    Replica Recaro's (on original Aus spec rails)
    Pioneer DEH6250 headunit (usb aux sd card mp3)
    Sony 6 1/2" fronts
    Fusion 6x9 on parcel tray
    Kenwood 12" sub
    Amp mounted under passenger seat
    Removed ciggy lighter installed Engine Start button

    Exterior:
    Full Exterior Respray in original color red 2-3months ago. Paint is in 10/10 condition
    NEW GENUINE SSS stickers all round







    So I'm now in the hunt for a DC2R or DC5R.

    Hopefully I can find one up to my standards and of course cheap as possible!

        I've driven both the DC2 and DC5. IMO I find the DC5 less 'racier', a tad more comfortable and generally a nice design inside and out. I do love the DC2 for their aggressiveness but if I can afford a Nice DC5 it would be my pick.

        I've gone and inspected about 4-5 DC2's and 1 DC5 unfortunately none of them being up to my standards or them being repairable write off's, problems with car or just not well kept. I keep falling for the White DC2's, especially with the JDM front. Droooool!

        Anyway, I'm keeping my eye out absolutely everywhere in hope i can find something decent!

          Welcome! Keep looking for the right car, there is plenty of cars that aren't so good out there.
