Event Description - Meet and Greet and bring a Dish!
Location - Refer to google map. Just below hillarys boat harbour
Starting time - 4pm
Date - 19th Febuary 2011
Finishing time - No Limits
Information - This is an event not inclusive to only [WA] members. It is a meet and greet event including food. It will require that people attending to bring a dish each. If you choose not to bring a dish thats fine, no one is forcing you too. It would just be a great way of socialising. There are also bbq areas if you decide to bring your own meat. Cutlery and napkins will be provided. Drinks and ice will need some volunteers. There will be professional photographers at scene free of charge taking photos at this event. If you wish personal information such as license plates be hidden please advice the photographers in advance, however information such as name and email may need to be disclosed to pass photos to owners of the vehicles. This event is designed to be a fun and friendly car enthusiast event organised by fellow www.ozhonda.com (evil_1998 ) and www.clubitr.com.au (Norm) members.








Things to bring

• Food, a dish each and please try to not duplicate. I dont want to see 10 buckets of KFC and please include some salad.
• Camera
• Hat
• Sun lotion
• Bathers
• Sporting equipment (Soccer ball, vortex etc)
• Cooking utensils if you decide to cook
• Plenty of fluids
• A big smile and friendly attitude.

IMPORTANT - www.ozhonda.com and www.clubitr.com.au nor any of the organisers will hold any responsibilities for the outcome of this event. If any damages occur to cars or public property it is the driver or individuals responsibility to resolve such matter. This is a public place so please treat the facilities with respect or you will definetly not be welcomed next time.

RULES -

• No SKIDS
• No BURNOUTS!
• No revving of cars
• No loud music
• No tyre screeching
• No running off if the cops decide to come.
• No alcohol before driving, and 0.00 limit for P-Platers
• No VTECING in the park

On its way. A little bit disappointed at the number of people turning out though, especially when they've put their names down and also told me via sms they'll turn up but obviously haven't. But will upload once ready.

Sorry Norm - we had a family engagement party the previous weekend, the preparation for which - at our house- took a lot out of me. Didn't get back to normal for a week and a half.
