It's been a while... but time has come again for the ClubITR Annual BBQ event.
Dave's been busy with work lately and has given me the pleasure to help him organise this event.
Every year ClubITR hosts it an Annual BBQ for all its members including traders/vendors. Summer is approaching soon and there would be no other better time have a BBQ!
As always the meeting place will be at Lane Cove National Park, unless someone can suggest a better place this year. Lane Cove National Park has all the facilities we need.
I'm sure there will be prizes as always, which is not confirmed 100% yet.
There is no set date yet but we are planning for sometime in early December before the Christmas period as I can imagine everyone will be extremely busy! There has been a poll added.
As you can see for the moment this is still an expression of interest. If we can get enough interest of course this will be going ahead! When we get enough numbers on the poll for which weekend we will then confirm the date!
