    [NSW] Wakefield Park 26th May Open Track Day

    Hey ppl

    myself and kavehman are heading down to wakie on Monday 26th May for an open day.

    Just wondering if anyone is interested in tagging along

          yeap, bought time i popped my track cherry.

          I'm scared of the paintwork getting chipped though, so just look for the blue taped up type r. If you think im kidding I gotta post up the pics of my car for my hunter drive. Whole front end was taped in blue painters tape.

              Open days offer no timing.

                  No this month...

                  Its an open day on a Sunday. Looked like some fun. Havent taken my Type R to Wakie yet.

                  Be interesting to see how much faster it would be than the Z4 I took down!

                            Yeap Totti and I both went up on the 26th, it was a good day.

                            I didn't hit the limits of my car at all, kept on being held up by a Subaru, V8 HSV, Falcon, and some other cars.

                            There was one lancer evo that kept on lapping me though, I was too scared too push it too hard after spinning on theat first turn off the straight in the wet.

                            It's just amazing how well the car handles though, I loved it. Seemed too easy.

                            Took me about 10 laps to figur eout what lines to use but I think i'm getting better at it.

                            I'd only go out for max 6 laps at a time as I was scared of oil temp getting too hot, just wanted to take it easy.
