        ３）シフトダウンしなから、

        ４）クラッチをつなぐ

        インテ君と共に歩み続けて早1年・・・いろんな所へ出かけ楽しく過ごしてきましたが、事情により手放すこと となりました。(T0T)
        人生で初めて走る楽しさを教えてくれた「インテグラ TYPE R」・・・初めて走った時は何もかも衝撃的でした。今でも走る楽しさは変わらないですが。。。残念です。今 まで本当に感動をありがとう！

            how many groups are there? how long is the session each time? about how many car on each time? and starts from what time and ends at what time?

                        You new to track?
                        Until they finallise the list they won't be able to tell you how many groups and car in each group and also I dun think it bother you too much as you are not doing sprints....normally is about 15-20 mins depends on how many car on the day.......a trackday normally you get there about 8am...get urself ready to do car check and licence and stuff and will start about 9ish....and normally track will be close about 4-5ish depends on the ppl who organise it....
