Drove past this evening. From what I could see no construction on the Delhi Road Entrance; I turned left at the lights and about 100-200m down lady game drive there is a yellow sign with an arrow pointing left which says "National Park Entrance via... (didn't get the rest)" so you could take either entrance I guess.
