Oops - I shoulda checked that thread! Thanks for the link.

Sure is an interesting concept. I don't know any Victorian tracks that currently offer track days at night.

I also did a 2:01.34 im pretty pleased as this was my first attempt at Eastern Creek, i think i can improve, but not bad for a stock DC2R. What are some other times you guys have done so I know what I can achieve with some practice.

well done Jords! 2:01 is OK for stock DC2R, but i have seen some people doing high 50's in stock DC2R (e.g. freakygeek)...

but it is an awesome track isnt it! really rewarding and challenging.

also - my 2:01 was done in the dark,

i actually got a few 1:55's in the afternoon session... (a new PB of 1:55.26)

          soooo close to "RB26"

i was there spectating. Some really nice european and italian cars out on the track.

Shouldn't Justin's r32 push quicker times?. I think 1:54 is abit average for a car of that league. Must of had some mechanical failure of something....

AFAIK his best has been 1:54.01 at EC

                    fair enough...

the driver needs more balls in that car... im sure its capable of high 1:40's. Its a nice car, very well presented.

i'd say the Audi R8 was capable of 1:45's but only did low 50's, same with the Aston, and Ferrari and Porsche Turbo... a fair few of the EVO lancers should have been beating me too... but wern't.

i reckon there were only a few of us out there going close to 10/10ths

with 2 major acco's, poor light, cool track temp - really only the experienced guys should have been trying to go that fast anyways...

I guess the condition did make it difficult. But hey you did good. New pb for yourself
