I can get everything organise since I get most of my nites off now....and I can get them ready and pack in plastic bags ready to cook.....and drinks also.....coz I got a big cooler for drinks....and I can steal one of the cooler from my wife's shop....lol.....hows that sound...

Sounds good man . I'll give you a call sometime during week and we'll do a big shopping mission to get all that we require.

Does anyone have any special dietary needs that Eddy and I need to consider when shopping for the foodstuffs?

If we leave the pre-meet point at around 11:30 we should be at the place by 12:30ish, so if you were in a rush you could probably be back by 3. Not really sure.

I am not sure why it is unofficial . I thought I would be assuming too much if I called it official .

If we have authorisation from the powers that be of clubITR (mods) the title could be changed to OFFICIAL Melbourne Cruise and Barbecue .
