This thread is to gather further interest in our upcoming track day.
Its the first Driver Education Day for the year and its at the very exciting Broadford track. Broadford is just off the Hume Hwy, roughly 30 minutes drive from Epping.
The day is being run in conjunction with Driver Dynamics (www.driverdynamics.com.au). Track instructors and lunch is provided.
There are 25 positions for this day (We may be able to get an additional 5 spots but lets see). Cost is $250. No racing licence required.
The day will run as 3 groups of 8. These groups will be based on:
1. Experienced Trackers
2. People who have driven Broadford before but still require Instructor time
3. Newcomers to tracking, Broadford or would like a lot of instructor time
As usual the day will be driven under flags. Flag details will be as follows:
Blue = Slow right down and let faster driver(s) overtake
Yellow= Caution, danger on track. MUST slow down to < 60km/h
Red = Session is over, you MUST exit at pit lane at the next opportunity
Checkered = Session is over, you have 1 lap to get off the track.
The day is run by OzRenesis and we pride ourselves on our incident free record. As such we reserve the right to refuse any entry.
