Hey all, some of you guys might be interested in our upcoming event as we at Nugget Nationals make our annual pilgrimage up to Wakefield park. The event is open to anyone (including those not blessed with a nuggety vehicle), includes Natsoft timing and will be capped at 45 cars, so there will be plenty of track time. Here's the basic info:

Personal Requirements:
- A valid CAMS L2S or AASA licence
- Long sleeves and long pants of a non-synthetic material
- Enclosed footwear only, no sandals allowed.
- AS1698 or equivalent helmet, either full face or half face.
Vehicle Requirements:
- Vehicle in good running condition including:
- Tyres in roadworthy condition with enough tread
- No oil or fluid leaks
- Brakes in good working condition
- No loose parts, including battery
- Vehicle interior and boot clear from loose items (including spare wheels)
- Aftermarket bonnets must have a secondary bonnet restraint
- Fire extinguisher is COMPULSORY. It must be AS 1841.5 compliant, rigidly mounted with a metal bracket and readily accessible by driver. BCF or Halon types are illegal.
- In the event that there is an oil leak from your vehicle or any other sort of clean up caused by your vehicle, you are fully responsible for the cost of any supplies required for the clean up.
- Tow points must be present and readily accessible

- STRICTLY NO PETS ALLOWED
- Everybody is welcome, no matter how new or experienced you are at circuit driving. We are a friendly community and we highly encourage newcomers.
- Please be on time, gates open at 8AM! We will begin scrutineering at 8:10AM sharp. Scrutineering will be done in your parking bay, please get your vehicle ready as soon as possible once you have entered the premises. All drivers are required to visit the pit office to complete an indemnity form and have your licence verified.
- There will be a drivers briefing at approximately 8:50AM. An announcement will be made on the loudspeaker to gather all drivers at the pit office area. Please pay attention to this announcement as all drivers are REQUIRED to attend the drivers briefing or they will not be allowed on the track
- Please make sure your vehicle is prepared, the quicker everybody is ready to go and have their vehicle checked, the more track time we can have.
- Cars will be divided into groups based on estimated laptime, this is to ensure that there is minimum traffic for you, and as a result you get a clean and safe run. However, if you feel that you are either way too fast or way too slow for your group on the day, please speak to the organiser at the pit office and we’ll re-evaluate your grouping based on the actual lap times.
- Timing will be posted on http://www.natsoft.com.au/ after the event, and may be viewable on the day. Please make sure you return your timing device either to the timing tower or pit office at the end of the day.
- This is not a competitive event, we are all here to have an enjoyable day. Please drive safely and follow instructions, or you will be banned from further driving or further Nugget Nationals events. Any reckless or dangerous driving will not be tolerated.

The entry form will open on the 19th of September, and entry is not in order of receipt, so there’s no need to rush as long as you get your entry in before the initial offer of places on Monday of the following week. Email replies will be sent out starting the 20/09/2016 with either payment details and a due date, or notifying you of your position on the waiting list. Payment is due within 5 business days of this email.
You will receive an email if we have received your entry. So if you haven’t received any email within 1 week of your entry, please let us know as soon as possible. Places are only confirmed once payment has been received. You must notify us if you no longer wish to attend, as your spot cannot be transferred to a friend, it will go the next person on the waiting list. **NOTE** A $75 penalty fee will apply if you pull out of the track day within 14 days (i.e. 9th of October 2016 or later) of the event regardless of your reason and regardless of whether or not we can find a replacement for your spot. NO REFUND will be given if you pull out of the track day within 5 days (i.e. 18th of October 2016 or later) of the event regardless of your reason and regardless of whether or not we can find a replacement for your spot.
