How about Harbour town car park in Docklands? I just looked it up it's open 24hrs, I'm pretty sure that's not that far from the original location

Harbour Town car park sounds great and its more 'centralised' for everyone as its closer to the city.
And parking for the first hour is only a gold coin.

I may bring my new obese Japanese friend, but I don't think it will do any good. I also only have 100ISO, but if you have a cable shutter release and tripod I can borrow I'm game to give it a shot.
