Hay guys we are arrange another privet track day and inviting along the ClubITR community lots of people use these days for practice or tuning as you get plenty of track time due to the car limit of 25. This is a fun social event and attended by good people.

Date - 24th of June 2013
Location - Wakefield park Golburn.
details - limit of 25 cars, Wakefield license required ($50) or cams, long sleeves, pants, closed in shoes and a helmet.
Cost - $260 per car, unlimited drivers.
Additional info - half day free run, half day timed.

First in best dressed. Contact ASAP if keen as these days fill fast!

If you wish to stay the night with us at the cabins its ad extra $70 and will include dinner and breakfast. (cabin cost is $60, the extra $10 is for food)

Sorry to be a pain but at which point in the day will the timing session start? It won't be set out like practice, timed, practice, timed??

Can a deposit be made then full payment closer to date?

Hay all. It will be practice till lunch then timing via natsoft for the afternoon 12-4.

As for the deposits in the past we have had people pay a deposit then bail at the very last min. Due to only really covering costs the short fall comes out of my pocket directly (my time on the track ends up costing me a lot more) so we are trying to avoid it.

I can put your name down till some one wants the very last spot?
