I doubt many got a clear run on the day. It's never easy to get a clear run really but I tell you what... I was having so much fun out there I couldn't care less about the times.
I had traffic on every single lap (I re-watched everything as I had a video recorder in car and can confirm this). Times were still OK despite this and the heat too in the 1st few sessions.
Well done to Cambo on his time, was shocked when he told me it was his 1st time on ec!!! Also super nice to see Hondas up the pointy end on a track which really favors big HP turbo cars.Comment

it was a good afternoon,.
however i didnt get a clean run... especially towards the end..
did some awesome laps (end of the day) then as i got to the last 4-5 corners, people didnt want to let me through and then blasted away on the str8s..
kinda annoying

for those interested in slightly competitive track days, the CAMS supersprints are organised to focus on setting PB's - with the downside that you only get 20-25 laps in a day...
it is a shame the next CC is on the same day as round 1 of the NSW SS chanmpionship
