Yeah the one I attended last Sunday went till about 4:30ish (well that's when most pepole started packing up) and I got there around 3...they kept calling for more cars to join the sessions within that 1.5hour period...
I only got to see Tinks out on 1 lap before a crash held up proceedings...
It then bucketed down and I decided to go home...
Sorry I didn't come say bye Tinks, last I saw you were sitted out on the grass beside your car whilst waiting to head out again, then it bucketed down when I was near my car, so just hopped in and went home...
then it started raining and they were still waiting for the ambulance, so i called it a day...
very happy with my 1.55.8 after i 9 laps of driving a track i havent driven since last year... really wanted to go for the full 6 sessions, as i know i would have improved a bit more...
the Scotsman's green WRX lost a rear wheel onto teh dirt/grass on the outside edge of the track (we think) on turn 1, this kinda spun him to the left, then it got full traction and basically fired it into teh left wall near the turn 2 flag tower at well over 100km/h...
the car was about 2ft shorter as was result...
and he got quite winded and was sent to hospital...
