I'm keen for this and photos however Tom and I went for a pho the other night nearby. Might be hard for parking. Plus also for those who that find it hard to leave their car alone may have some issues hhahaha

That place will most likely be quite full. Unless people get lucky and find street parking, we'll all most likely have to pay for a ticket ($1 per hour, I think). To the right of where you posted there is a ramp that leads to rooftop parking which is generally secluded and will have ample spots for parking - again will be $1 per hour.
Haha, didn't think about that. My b-pipe is 80mm off the ground and doesn't scrape. I think DC5's/EP3's with front lips will struggle though. Ramp is quite steep and on the way out there's a speed hump on the ramp too. :/
