I wont be paying yet. Im gonna aim to pay within a week before going. Just want to make sure the weathers gonna be decent as I always seem to make the trek down there on non-ideal conditions.

9am-4pm, theres about 4 groups each day, i think about 5-7 15 min sessions (half passenger half timed non passenger) depending on amount of incidents (such as break downs) so a fair bit of track time. Passengers are allowed so its a great event if your new to the scene to get some driver training.
