[QLD] *FIRST ANNUAL CLUBITR BBQ* - 27th November 2011

Hey guys

So as to not be out done by our Southern members, we are also having a BBQ... on the same day.

Again, same as the other meets being held, can we keep it to ClubITR members.

CRUISE ITINERARY

Details of Meet, Time and location:
Date: Sunday 27th November 2011
Time: First meet up location at 9:30 AM, for a 10ish AM departure
1st meet location: DFO Jindalee, undercover car park... where the OzHonda meet was a little while ago. If you are unsure, PM me and I'll give you my mobile number and you can call me on the day.
Now, from here, we'll basically follow the map, with a possible stop over in Fernvale.
The final meet location is "low car friendly", so we shouldn't have many problems in that regard.

There are a few BBQ's at Logan Inlet Rd, so I'll get some bread and sausages and cook up a feast! As previous discussed, we'll make it $2, and you can eat as many as we have!! Feel free to bring your own food if you want. I can also organise some cans of soft drink, or are people ok with organising there own drinks

Guys, I've been really busy with work and study (and now add to that the transplant) so I won't be able to make final arrangements till next week!

Sorry for making times and locations such short notice. But the date is set. I'll aim for a mid morning, somewhere central to Brisbane.
