COMMENTS:
I am only the 2nd owner of this car. Bought it completely stock with full service history and since then, I have given it a full complete service with new timing belt, water pump, seals, brake/radiator/clutch fluid flush, etc. I am very selective with the mods, mainly aimed to compliment the car's handling, responsiveness and braking. I definitely would have kept the car but having a newborn baby means its time for a more practical sedan car.
I still have the original log books in its original leather case and red Honda key still sealed. I also have receipts for all aftermarket parts. The car currently has DC5R rims with road tyres (no spacers required) and the sales price will include the factory rims with Federal RS-R semi slicks.
Car is in excellent condition and the interior is spotless. I look after all my cars with great passion and the Type R is no exception. Oil change is a definite at every 5000ks and mandatory after each track day. It has been an awesome car for me and hopefully the next owner will get to share the same experience.
