How anyone can possibly call a car with a backyard $2.00 paintjob "immaculate" is fucking beyond me.
Wake up and smell the roses!

Please refrain from posting if you're not interested.
I guess the seller can advertise in any way they want...if they feel the car is immac then it is...it is upto the interested party to inspect and decide for themselves in the end.

was an impulse buy. so now i decide i dont need another car so im selling it.
As Mo mentioned i can put it up for any price i want. No need for smart ass comments from the likes of you freakygeek, your comments just make you sound like an arrogant tool.
if you got a problem with my ad then feel free to pm me. no need to spam up my thread. i will make a note to return the favour when your selling something next time...
How much rego is left and is it in your name or still in the previous owners name?
I'd be interested only if you'd be more reasonable with the price considering I was just an hour late behind you in buying this car. The owner told me how much it went for too.

I would normally refrain from such posts however this strikes me as blatantly ridiculous.
Feel totally free to attack posts of mine for misrepresentations of what I sell, because I can assure you that there won't be any to pick on me about.
Change your description of "immaculate" to something more realistic and I will delete this and my other posts.

you guess wrong Mo,
Federal law requires that advertisments do not "mislead or deceive" or in any way make false representations...
this is mirrored by State Fair Trading legislation...
in NSW Fair Trading Act 1987 states;
42 Misleading or deceptive conduct
(1) A person shall not, in trade or commerce, engage in conduct that is misleading or deceptive or is likely to mislead or deceive.
plus
44 False representations
A person shall not, in trade or commerce, in connection with the supply or possible supply of goods or services or in connection with the promotion by any means of the supply or use of goods or services:
(a) falsely represent that goods are of a particular standard, quality, value, grade, composition, style or model or have had a particular history or particular previous use,
