Reason for sale: Looking to purchase a DC5R

    Price: 6,500 ONO

    Condition:USED, Mileage - 126,XXX kms

    Extra Comments:

    Exterior
    - Resprayed OEM Supersonic blue with pearl
    - SiR front lip

    - CF Spoon style wing
    - Aftermarket sunroof - tilts up
    - OEM EK9 window visors
    - Tein S-tech springs on EK4 shocks, 1.9inch drop at the front and 1.7inch drop at the rear, practical for daily driving, ride is smooth and no hassles tackling speedhumps
    - Buddyclub P1 wheels in matte black with center caps. 15x7 +32, wrapped in 205/50 Kumho ecstas. Wheels have no gutter rash and are in pretty much new condition, tyres are meaty aswell.

    Interior
    - Clarion single-din DVD head deck
    - OEM floor mats
    - OEM arm rest
    - replica mugen pedals
    - OEM cup holders
    - Rockford Fosgate "punch" sound system - 900w amp and 12" sub
    - Kenwood speakers all round

    Engine bay
    - Standard D16Y4
    - Simota big tube intake
    - Custom exhaust system throughout. 4-2-1 headers, cat converter finished off with an OBX twinloop muffler. Nice and quiet when cruising, deep tone and not over the top when you put your foot down.

    Good points:
    - Car is sitting on low kilometers, I'm a fussy owner so this car gets washed once a week and the interior gets detailed and vacuumed by myself once every 2-3 weeks.
    - I don't thrash this car, I bought this as a daily and it has served me well. If i wanted a car to thrash then I wouldn't have purchased a D16Y4, plain and simple.
    - Most mods done to this car have been purchased by myself, as I bought the car pretty much standard minus the respray.
    - I don't smoke or have pets.
    - No stupid p plate mods like sticker bombing or any stickers at all. Kept clean and simple for the enjoyment of daily driving.
    - Car has never given me any problems. ie. breaking down, blow smoke etc.

    Bad points:
    - roof starting to fade, rest of the body paint is in good condition and the pearl stands out in the sun.
    - couple of minor scratches here and there, expected for a car of this age.
    - passenger side EK9 visor was cracked when it got delivered to me, didn't bother me much as I've glued it back together.

I'm trying to be as honest as I possibly can, yes I'm a P Plater but this is my first car and was paid by my parents, so I do cherish it and take good care of it. I also share the car with my dad so even if I did drive it recklessly like an idiot, he would know and give me a hiding.

Bought the car for near the current asking price a couple years ago and that's excluding the money I've put on top for mods. Compare to other EK chassis on the market at the moment, I will guarantee you will not find one in this condition. You get what you pay for!

I just want it to go a good home with an owner who will take care of it the way I did.

Yes, this car is listed on gumtree for $7,200 ONO but reduced for forum members whom I believe will take better care of it.

So immaculate. Got a soft spot for EKs. Definitely a top choice for a lower budget cheap daily.
    Best of luck with sale.

Haha, thanks man. Hmm yeah I suppose so man, but price reflects how immaculate the car is. Depends what people want I suppose, a clean daily or a thrashed P plate car. Each to their own.

Haha, that's good to hear. They are a very good chassis, definitely one of my faves of all time! Still enjoying it to this day since I first purchased it! (Mind you I've recently upgraded yet I still have the urge to drive the EK)
