Hey Guys and Girls,

Up for sale is my 2003 EP3. I am selling as I need a deposit to purchase property.
It was imported and purchased through IMG in late 2011 – so I’m the first owner in Australia.
After purchasing the vehicle, all services and all fluids including spark plugs were changed by Dede at Top One.

A few points to sum up the important details:
- Rego & CTP just been renewed till Jan 2014. Purchase and drive away!
- 74,400 KM
- 2 keys with 2 remotes
- Always serviced at Top One every 5,000 KM (receipts available)
- All work done by Top One (again, receipts available since day 1)
- Always serviced by Top One using OEM Honda for all fluids and JDM HAMP filters only.
- Only ever fill up with Shell V Power 98.
- Very lightly modded with tasteful mods. Great for base to start from as most common mods installed.
- Only driven on the weekends as I catch train to work in the city. If not driven then sits in my garage for the whole week.
- Washed & vacuumed fortnightly and waxed monthly. I can say it's most likely the cleanest EP3 you will see on the market at the moment.

20% Tint (Done by Martin at Ground Zero Tint)
Brand New Bosch Front and Rear wipers
OEM Honda Access visors (excellent condition)
OEM Honda Pre-FaceLift headlights with 6000K Philips HID bulbs and T10 parkers. They are in excellent condition. (OEM Honda Face Lift projectors will not be included)

wont be selling it until i can save up for an e82 1M or e92 M3 or a BRZ Sti which doesnt exist yet.

Yeah cause I catch train to work in the cbd so weekdays sits in garage, and weekends I only drive occasionally/rarely plus looking to buy a place so need some cash.
Mine gets washed and back in garage lol.
Probably down the track will get another car but haven't decided.
