Helmets for Track days.

Hi guys,

Being in Perth one of the options available for taking my car to the track is the tuning session outside Perth Intl. Airport. Here is a link to their website.

Regarding the helmets, It says you need an "approved helmet (AS/N 251698)". Is this just a standard motorcycle helmet or is it something more specific? I've read a lot about track days and this would be the first time on the track any other constructive info would be appreciated I have read a lot of threads about tracking for beginners though
