195/60/R14 semi slicks on 14x5.5 OEM steelies? Safe?

Hi guys, I found a pretty cheap set of set of semi's, just wondering if its safe fitting a semi slick 195/60/r14 on a oem ek1 steelie wheel (14x5.5 i believe, but can someone please clarify this for me).

Hmm after a bit of research advan a048 195/60/r14 rim recommendation range is 6.0-6.5.

I'd stick the manufacturers recommendation. A 5.5" wheel is not going to support a tyre that wide all that well. Besides it would put you in Class 2 .
