    Ohlins PCV/DFV coilover shaft size?

I have the Ohlins PCV coilovers for my DC5. Thinking of getting them reconditioned but Shock Reco in QLD said they can't do it if the shaft diameter size is larger than 22mm.

I believe the shaft is the rod connected to the piston. So does anybody know what the shaft size is and what the piston size is?

Now I have the manual but its all in Japanese and there isnt much information.

Or even suggestions on where I can rebuild them?

You might get lucky and someone here will have disassembled a set here before and will be able to tell you the size of the pistons, but the only way to know for sure is to ask Ohlins, or take them apart.

The shaft sizes you can measure yourself. Since the front will be inverted monotube you actually need to measure the diameter of the strut shaft which should be around 40-50mm.

I'm getting mine recoed at Shock Reco in QLD. Gotta ship it there from Sydney.

He said the shaft cannot be larger than 22mm. I'm assuming the shaft he's referring to is the inner piston shaft.
