I got in my DC5R, Oil Pressure & Temp..
IMO, will be very useful once you hit the track, plus if something goes wrong aswell whilst driving..

Most na cars get water temp/oil temp and oil pressure. Grosso, i been told the water temp indicator in cluster is very inaccurate.

Im looking at getting defi clubsport package... Imo- the triple gauge pod of gaugesdoesnt suit the dc5 dash at all as the middle dash is same level as the steering wheel. In hindsight... The triple gauge pod suits the dc2r as the ceter middle dash is lower than the steering wheel- once gauges are fitted its all level and sexy!

I’m almost finished my DIY write-up on water/oil & pressure gauge install on a DC5S.
This should answer a few questions you might have?

            Yes,
The car’s do have their own pressure sensor….but you don't know the reading to you until it fails
