    Air intake for DC2R

    hey all
i am looking at getting a air intake system....im a bit stuck on which one to pick....im not fussed if it makes alot of noise...sounds awesome anyway....which one would be the most beneficial for daily driver car.....it might see the track.

1: Gruppe M Ram Air System
    2: J's Racing Air-intake system
    3: ARC super induction box
    4: Mugen Air box
5: stop wasting my money on mods and be happy with stock

Im also looking to get a exhaust system as i heard teh cause for increased engine noise or the vibrations at 4000 rpm can stem the revs at 4000rpm, has anyone else experienced this?
oh yeah, the exhaust must be pretty quiet...dont really like the loud ones.

    thanks, Harry

ps: pm if you have any of these items for sale.

Seems like mugen is the best out of those choices but it's way overpriced

ive had J's racing & Mugen and the Mugen is defiantely the flagship intake system for the dc2...
J's racing is very responsive, sounds great and is bang for your buck, but its a open pod in a hot engine bay...ie, heat soak hardcore...
Mugen is boxed, and ducted to the front guard which keeps out the heat from the engine bay and is just as responsive as the J's...definately better gains from the Mugen if youre willing to fork out $1150 for it...

Go for the plazaman one's, they have had proven gains and its not that expensive. Its the long-ram design. IMO mugen is a waste of money. Put that money elsewhere n do something else useful which it can get u more gains

Stock box FTW! I had the same setup as tinkerbell, stock ITR box with K&N filter.

No CAI, that's how much I paid for mine. My car is ek with b18cr and later on I actually found a cheaper deal.
