you're better off searching the yankee forums if you want to turbo it. most often you'll find good information under turbo GSR (their version of the VTIR).

honda tech is fairly technical but there's a lot of purists there who all prefer to keep a DC2R NA. i personally share their view, a type R should be NA, if you want to turbo a DC2 you might as well just buy a VTIR and build it since you need to change the pistons at the very least to lower the compression. a type R even more so since it has 11.1:1 compression.

team integra is another technical source but the nazi mods don't tolerate newbie questions so search before asking.

Well im looking to getting more power out of my car. And for money to power. Turbo or supercharge only way i think to go. To make a noticeable difference. And i no its very common to turbo S2000.

Maybe you should have purchased a turbo car to begin with if an integra R wasn't powerful enough.

Currently cold air intake. So its a stockie. How much power gain would be achieved by a extractor Back exhaust System. Coz Ive looked into it. Been quoted around 1.5 but been told the orginal exhaust and extractor's allow high air flow. And will be changing for looks and noise not so much proformance ??? whats your take on this.

the stock pipes are still pretty restrictive... the audm ones anyway i think... just spend your money on headers and catback and if u got cash left over hondata ecu :P

Well depends what ECU you're looking at.

                      Hondata's range from $500-$1000
Neptune is about the $600 range
Chrome is also about the $600 range

Just a few from the top of my head.

So you recon with a catback and extractors plus ecu. at the engine you'll put out around 170 to 180 kw??? Is that right??? as thats more power increase then i expected!
