What about the sound that comes from the spoon headers. Thats like a ticking sound how can I find out that my car is not pinging?

I replaced the SRI with the stock box and reset the ECU.

PINGING GONE!!!

I have had the SRI on for over 18months, it's always clean & oiled so riddle me this....

Why would It suddenly start pinging?

If you drove at night when it was cooler it would have stopped doing it

You should have bought a KPRO in the beginning as the wealth of information is applicable to KPRO users.

Definitely Pinging.
My car is pinging again.
It only goes away if i put in octane booster, and i can't afford to pay extra $20 for each time i go to the pump.
So it time for a retune.
I firmly believe it from a ordinary tune I had done.
From someone who hasnt replyed back to me yet "cough cough
