Any more details on your situation, does it occur when you turn the wheel when the car is stationary? Or at low speeds? Is it a constant "klak klak klak" or a single noise? What type of lowered suspension?

When im slowly reversing or turning... eg.. making a slow U-Turn at full locked...
Suspension is standards apart from lowered pedders springs......
                Got the EP3R Sway bar...
                Tyres are..
                255/40/17 Front... (17x9 +35)
                245/40/17 Rear.. (17x8 +30)

                  Grosso,
Your one is because the 9+35, the inner rim is scrubbing against the strut. I had the same problem. Either bring the camber back to oem spec, or get a spacer.

                        cv joints?

a lot of front wheel drives have this issue? lack of lubrication on the joints will produce a "klak klak" sound especially when full locking either direction.

Sometimes the springs slightly move on the coilovers and make that sound. I had it on full lock at driveway speeds.
