ay guys when i first start my car cold a rattle sound comes from my dizzy for like 10 min till everything warms up... i have pulled cap off and everything is still there and tight! im thinking it might be a bearing in there or somethin so i wanna know if rattles from the dizzy are common ??

Cant say i have that problem.. My car rattle abit when idol though due 2 stiffened after market engine mounts!!!sigpic

take cap off - is there any red dust?
this indicates bearing is on the way out...
the dizzy can also amplify noises from the intake camshaft - maybe check your valve clearances?... retired/Comment
