    AMUSE Powerhouse Exhaust!?

Besides the immaculate finish and it being pretty and all.
Does anyone have a link of some testings on the amuse...? Is it that good or just that it has the sex appeal. Tempted to change from BC Pro ---> Amuse

    anything amuse kicks ass

bling factor mainly i would say.. i would have to say that if your looking at the performance aspect, most 'high quality' exhausts out there reap similar results/improvements

is it titanium whole way through?

to answer your question no exhuast is that good anyways, its not like amuse exhuast is a mirical exhuast which will improve hp by 100.

      You buy it for

      1. the finish
      2. the craftsmanship
      3. the bling
      4. the sound
      5. weight saving *3.9kg for r1*
      6. you have too much money

Hey Suzuka, I currently have an Amuse R1 Titan exhaust on my DC5R and I must say that it is very bling. It is indeed completely titanium and pretty light.

Although I must say Mr. Amuse was getting a bit keen when he claimed 3.55 kg for the unresonated R1 Titan for the DC5. I weighed mine on my mum's kitchen scales and it weighed closer to 3.7 kg .

As to changing from BC to amuse I would only recommend such a change if you have had a problem with your current exhaust or if you have too much money and need to part with some of it. Having said that though there is nothing quite like an unresonated straight through titanium exhaust .

Clearance on the exhaust is good. Would probably say that it is only ever so slightly lower than the standard exhaust and that only due to the larger diameter piping. The exhaust follows pretty much the exact same path as the standard exhaust. Had a nice amount of clearance to all of the underbody and the rear suspension as well. I have not scraped the exhaust on anything in the month or two that I have had it on, but my car is still at stock height so that is not saying much.

Overall I can not fault the exaust in any way. The finish and fit was perfect. Flawless. Hard to believe it was made by human hands. It was almost too pretty to put on the car. Almost .

Yep. Will hopefully get around to taking some pics of my car on the weekend . I don't quite have the technology to make a video or sound clip. Maybe if there is a meet of the melbourne people sometime some nice soul could make vid of me doing a flyby or two.

Doesn't include the un-resonated version of the Amuse Titan R1. Not sure how much difference that makes to the sound, although it seems like the version on that DVD is quieter than mine. Watching that DVD makes me wish I had got the J's 70RR.
