Engine Oil Integra type R DC2

Wondering what engine oil viscosity you guy recommend, and what brand. for 2001 integra dc2 type R. Live in sydney so never below O degree's..

i have the same car and i use motul 8100 if u want to go for the best 300V motul

also OEM is what i use..

i use ELF 10W50 Synthetic and change on or before 5000km

Thanks alot guy. Spoke 2 one of my mates whos a mecanic for some hi tunned car place" mentioning no name's" He recommended 5w-30 Castrol Edge for the type R

everyone has there diff thought about that oil....some say its great and some say it breaks down really fast!

it will be black either way lol ive used it once before but changed to ELF oil and have used it for the last 30,000ks...but its each to there own
