    springs on a DC5

I know springs aren’t the best way to go and all that but times are tough and I want to lower the car for now on normal springs

I was just hoping someone could tell me what springs I can get that would have the best fitting for my dc5. I'm hoping the car sits just below or at the tire.

And if anyone could send me pictures of their car on springs it'll be very helpful, cheers

below or at the tire is a pretty big drop from stock height i've currently got mugen ss and they're a pretty good drop nowhere near the tire but for springs it's at a good height i've had a few diff setup of coils before i think its going to be quite hard using springs

my mates got tein s.tech springs they've given him a 1.5-1.6" drop which is quite alot from springs unless you get coils i dont think you can get it to the tire without fully compromising the sussy setup which wouldn't be recommended

what mzk2b said its going to be hard to drop the car to almost the tyre and the thing is with the DC5s is if you want to drop the car you probably want to consider getting a camber kit for the back because once u lower the car the back tends to get camber and looks kind a funny when the front tyres are straight, but back isnt it. On my DC5 i had king springs which just dumped the car then i moved onto pedders which lowers quite decently and then eibachs. eibachs felt the best firm but wasnt a big drop id say pedders gives you a fairly good drop but another thing is with springs is you get a uneven drop so the back tends to always be a bit lower than the front it bothered me haha...have a look at pedders springs if your just going for the looks i think they are pretty decent.

i really wanted it dropped. i'll have a look at the pedders, I found them raceland coilovers for like $300 and there was nothing but good reviews on them and i was ready to buy them untill i found out they dont make it for dc5 :@ :@ :@ lol
