dc5s/dc5r header/catback interchangeable?

as title reads, i have a type s. Want to know if the stock type r header adn catback is a direct bolt on with no dramas.

As far as I know they bolt up exactly the same. The header and cat looks exactly the same to my untrained eye and the Type S catback is slightly larger diameter and the muffler and tip are different. I have had a Type S catback on my car with no issues except it seemed a bit short, although that could be the different profile of the Type R rear lip combined with my Toda header causing that.

Yeah only difference i knwo wihtout examining both items is the axel back is different. Damn at oen stage, i ahd my stock parts and my mate's type r parts. Should have comapred them lol

They are the same, mid pipes look the same, unsure of any sizing difference! Rear muffler I hear that the Type S flows a little more.....but I don't think it is noticeable. And Type R exhaust tip does stick out little more!

So in terms of interchangeable, yes is the answer
