Inverted tie rods for buddy club coils

Just asking for a mate, but does buddyclub coilovers for the dc5 type s require inverted tie rods?

His coils are knocking on something while he drives. He's been to suspension places and they told him it was the spring rate ratio. But the knocking occurs during bumpy roads and whilst turning.

Maybe he should go to a mechanic who is able to diagnose a problem and not use piss poor excuse like spring rates are wrong.....that wont cause a knocking sound.

Buddy clubs are know to fall apart unfortunately, especially when they just fall out of warranty.

Simple check can be made, like tie rod, tie rod ends, spring lock rings correctly locked and adjusted etc......
