Engine Light is coming on - jsut got TODA Header w/CAT installed

Hey guys, over the weekend, ijsut got my toda with cat installed.

No issues with the installation, except the back/second O2 sensor cable wasnt long enough to reach the new position, so we managed to get some extra slack from the existing cable, and pluged it in, no dramas.

Now after a few hours of driving, the engine light came on. My mate said to reset the ECU (as it hadnt been done when we finished the installation). reset it, light gone, no drama's, now it happened again later 2day, after a few hours of driving - the light came on again.

again, i disconnected the battery for 5 min,s then re-connected it, and let it idle for 5 min. No drama's since.

Does anyone know whats up?

too much flow with the toda header. it is normal.

Nah, im a perfectionist, cnat have any engine light on period.

I jsut had a quick look at the CLUBRSX.com store, theres a few variations of the plug, the simple one hsould do right, dont need a bended one, or a right angled one yeah?

same thing happdended to my bros dc5r when high flow cat installed. not sure why any fix tho

will probly be o2 sensor error. you can just turn the error off and it will fix the light. no big deal.

i bought this sensor off ebay... 2-3 weeks.

same thing happened to us when we installed the same in our dc2r in 08

keep driving with light on and it went good, reset the ecu and never cropped up since.
