Help Needed!! Car rev to 4000rpm and engine check light is on

Hi guys, I will need your help for my car. I had spend so much time n energy but still couldn't find a solution.

I m running a k20a2 with Kpro without secondary O2. The car had the check light on and couldn't rev pass 4000 rpm since i change the clutch and installed new fuel rail.

here are some codes throw out from the Kpro
P0113 - IAT SENSOR High Voltage
P1259 - VTEC System Malfunction (Oil Pressure Switch)
P1298 - ELD Circuit High Voltage
P0141 - Secondary O2 circuit Heater Circuit Malfunction
    P1166 - Heated Oxygen Sensor Sensor1 Primary HO2S)

I purchased a knock sensor and used o2 sensor from honda_b_blastn in ozhonda. installed into the car, but didn't fix the problems.

Anyone know wat should i do now?

the only thing i can do now is changing new IAT sensor for P0113

other than that i seriously dunno wat to do. asked friens in honda and they seems helpless for the situation

there is clearly an electrical issue - who changed the stuff over?

were the codes there before the parts swap?

IF NOT - you need to check you have plugged the right connectors into teh correct sensors.

Have you just installed the KPro? I just swapped my ECU over last week. Prior to the swap the car was running fine with no warning lights. Upon swapping the ECU I got engine warning light, 4,000rpm fuel cut and the exact same codes. Cleared codes and uploaded a base tune and it works fine.

IAT - make sure this is plugged in. You can get a B/D series air temp sensor with the coupling and wire it in. Same colour wires

VTEC - Disable the VTEC pressure oil option under the VTEC tab

P0141 & P1166 - You can turn this off in the Close Loop option

ELD - Under MISC, there is a ELD option

Hi guys, I tried this evening and it works. The car can rev till 8600 rpm without problems and the engine check light is off.

However, I lose my Vtec. The vtec didn't kick in when it reach the cross over line at 4300 rpm.

there were no error code appears.

Anyone know how to gain back the Vtec??

                cheers

What ECU is the k-pro based on (PRC / JDM or PRA / EDM). The help section in Hondata k-manager states that the VTEC oil pressure switch should only be disabled on JDM engines and JDM ECU's (PRC).

My UKDM EP3 has a k20a2 engine and PRA based k-pro, and the VTEC oil pressure switch definately needs to be enabled.
