urgent: BuddyClub N+ set up help!><

ok i got my car on jack stands and im trying to set up my buddyclub N+. the DIY instructions ive read on club RSX doesnt include on how to take apart the N+ to set the height etc. and besides is it neccesary to take it apart to set the height?

have a good search on crsx mate, there is a thread on there which shows you how to pull them down and adjust them to set desired heights. they(the rears) can be done on the car but it is not easy i'm told(springs are in the way) and the fronts can be done either way . Buddyclub want rooting for not supplying a blow by blow destruction for these i reckon.
