DC2R Decals

Hi guys

Not 100% sure if I'm posting in the right spot but anyways...

Just wondering if someone can help regarding decals.

I'm getting my DC2R resprayed and need to chase up some decals. I have a black one and I have noticed that the decal colour is slighty different on the black cars compared with other colours.

I want to get OEM decals of course, but I also want to get the right colour!!

Am I correct or am I just seeing things?!?! And would anyone know where I can get decals for a black car or am I better off going safe and calling Honda and giving them my VIN.

id go genuine man to be honest ...as for the diff colour thats the first ive heard of it ey

Different colour'd DC2R's came with different coloured decals. From memory the word "Integra" has a different shade. Best to go give Honda a call cause they'll ask you what colour your car is and they'll have the right ones!

JDMconcept and JDM Yard sell these aswell. Surely they'll be able to help you out.

Go to Honda, don't go to the above mentioned.

Give them your vin and get the right decals, the above can't guarantee they will be providing the right decal for your car.

After doing some research I found the following -


There are two different colours available - Type 3 or Type 4
Also included are the part numbers.....

Type 3:
97-98 CW ITR's and 00-01 PY ITR's both use Type 3:
"INTEGRA" is Black/Dark Grey and "Type" has dark outline

L-Side Decal - # 75783-ST7-Z01ZA
R-Side Decal - # 75773-ST7-Z01ZA
R-Rear Decal - # 75717-ST7-Z01ZA


Type 4:
00-01 NHBP ITR's and MR ITR's use Type 4:
"INTEGRA" is Silver and "Type" has silver outline
L-Side Decal - # 75783-ST7-Z01ZB
R-Side Decal - # 75773-ST7-Z01ZB
R-Rear Decal - # 75717-ST7-Z01ZB


I got my hands on the decals for my Black Type R for the sides (OEM from Honda) and they match up with the above so I think it's on the right track...

How do you know if it's a Type 3 or Type 4 decal? Look at this pic..... I've circled the Type number....

i went genuine. not the cheapest but i wanted to ensure that both sides would be exactly the same (single side respray). i had to provide VIN number as well.
